John has over 30 years of experience in senior business and technology roles. Prior to joining RXP Services, he was chief information officer for News Corp Australia, where he provided strategic Technology leadership for a period of 10 years. John has held senior business and technology positions in some of Australia’s largest companies (including Telstra, Pioneer International and Shell Australia) and has held non-executive directorships with REA Group Ltd , CareerOne Pty Ltd and RecruitAdvantage Pty Ltd. In addition to his role with RXP, John is also a non-executive director of AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator).
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director
Ross holds over 29 years of experience in information and communications technology, having played key roles in many substantial business transformation programmes throughout his career. Prior to taking on his role as chief executive officer of RXP Services, Ross was executive director for products and services at Telstra, responsible for driving innovation, development and implementation into the market. Ross has also held the position of chief innovation officer of Telstra’s retail business division and is a former director of the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association and current board member of Mnet Group Limited (ASX:MNZ).
Sandra has extensive operational, financial management and strategic experience acquired from an executive career that has spanned over 25 years. Ms Hook has held senior positions within Foxtel, Federal Publishing Company, Murdoch Magazines, Fairfax, ACP and News Limited. She has significant experience providing leadership to businesses impacted by technological and digital disruption.
Ms Hook currently holds a number of directorships, including Chair of WYZA Limited, non-executive director roles at MedAdvisor Limited (ASX:MDR) and Sydney Fish Markets, and is a Trustee of the Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust.
Kenneth is a highly accredited and experienced senior company accounting and finance executive. Having held roles in both public and private companies, he is a specialist in financial and corporate advisory services and was formerly a partner at Ernst & Young. Kenneth possesses deep board level management experience, most recently as chair of ASX listed Ingena Ltd – he is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
