John has over 30 years of experience in senior business and technology roles. Prior to joining RXP Services, he was chief information officer for News Corp Australia, where he provided strategic Technology leadership for a period of 10 years. John has held senior business and technology positions in some of Australia’s largest companies (including Telstra, Pioneer International and Shell Australia) and has held non-executive directorships with REA Group Ltd , CareerOne Pty Ltd and RecruitAdvantage Pty Ltd. In addition to his role with RXP, John is also a non-executive director of AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator).
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director
Ross holds over 29 years of experience in information and communications technology, having played key roles in many substantial business transformation programmes throughout his career. Prior to taking on his role as chief executive officer of RXP Services, Ross was executive director for products and services at Telstra, responsible for driving innovation, development and implementation into the market. Ross has also held the position of chief innovation officer of Telstra’s retail business division and is a former director of the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association and current board member of Mnet Group Limited (ASX:MNZ).
Sandra Hook has a track record in driving customer-centred business transformation and transitioning traditional organisations in rapidly evolving environments. She has extensive operational, digital, financial management and strategic experience built over 25 years as a CEO and in senior executive roles for some of Australia’s largest media companies including News Limited, Foxtel, Federal Publishing Company, Murdoch Magazines and Fairfax.
Since 2000 Sandra has also served as a non-executive director on listed, public and private companies and government bodies. Sandra is a director of IVE Group (ASX: IGL), MedAdvisor (ASX:MDR) and .au Domain Administration as well as the Sydney Fish Market. Sandra is a trustee of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.
Adrian Fitzpatrick has extensive operational, financial management and strategic experience acquired from an executive career that has spanned over 30 years. Adrian has held senior leadership and
management positions with Pitcher Partners, where he was one of the firm’s founding partners, and provided strategic and general business advice to many growth-orientated businesses.
